  • I’d like us to meet up at least 3 times to get comfortable with each other have conversations about birth, postpartum, and everything in-between!
    I know all women need different types of support.
    Generally speaking, I would recommend this time for:

    🌿Creating a birth plan
    In order to support your birth, I NEED to know what your plans how, so I know how to advocate for you.

    🌿Birth Education

    🌿Preparing for Baby
    Maybe you don’t know what you need, maybe you want help setting up the nursery. Preparing food for postpartum. Running errands with you. I’m here for it all!

    🌿Partner Support
    Before you call me into your space, your partner will be the one helping you. I’d love for us to all meet up so we can go over some way your partner (or sister, mother, friend), can keep your comfortable and progressing!

    These meetings can be as loose or as structured as you’d like!

    I’m a capricorn with virgo ascending…so I like checklists…but I appreciate that’s not everyone’s vibe. lol

  • You can text or email me anytime. I have times in the day I dedicate to work, but if there is something urgent, I will respond ASAP.

  • 🌿I will be available for your birth 24/7 starting at 37 weeks. This does not necessarily mean I won’t support your birth if it occurs before 37 weeks, but rather starting at 37 weeks I will be within a 2-hour distance from your place of birth at all times.
    🌿I will focus on supporting you, assisting your partner to best support you, and encourage your intuition.
    🌿I like to think of myself as an amplifier for your voice. If you aren’t being heard, I will help make sure your concerns and plans are loud and clear. We call this Advocacy!
    🌿I will stay approx. 2 hours postpartum to help advocate for skin-to-skin contact, breastfeeding, and help you feel comfortable and confident before I leave.

  • After your birth, when you’re settled, I will come to your home for a single 3-hour visit, to help answer any questions about your birth, or anything else postpartum and baby related. During this visit, I would love to pamper you and I can help with some light housework, or watch the baby so you can rest and/or shower.

  • I have so much information and resources available to you

  • *You will receive laminated print-outs of labor positions, and a printed guide to body balancing to get your body ready for birth and help you along the way.

    ✨I have my Reiki level 2, available to those who would like that service.

    📷I have a good eye, and have dabbled in photography. Unless you express otherwise in our conversations, I can take photos of labor (potentially birth) and baby for you, if you need.

    🍼Newborn and Breastfeeding basic booklets are available for all clients, and recommended for new moms if you’d like.

Packages are customizable. 
This is a general structure that I believe is important, but I respect that women have different needs.

  • If you want all the information, and access to a Doula, but won’t have the time to meet or live far away from me, I would still love to be a member of your birth support team.

  • 🌿I would recommend utilizing these calls for;
    -Creating a birth plan
    -Birth education
    -Learning comfort measures/labor position with a partner if possible.
    🌿However, you can use this time for whatever you want to discuss!

  • 🌿E-mail communications whenever you need!

    (I have certain times in the day I commit to answering these, but I will answer urgent messages when needed)

  • 🌿Access to my Google Drive includes loads of resources (evidence-based information, breastfeeding, postpartum, vaccines, etc) for you to poke around as you need them! If there is something you don’t see or want to discuss further, just e-mail me :)

  • 🌿These are given no matter your gestation, to help keep you informed on upcoming appointments, other information to know and support you through your pregnancy.

Labor Support Coaching

If having a Doula isn’t an option for you, I would highly recommend this crash course. We will go over basic birth education, and I will teach your support person (like a Mom, friend, or partner) how to best support you, positions, things to offer and when.

Labor position charts and comfort measure laminates included.

Birth Education and Planning

There really are so many seemingly small options you may be faced with while in the thick of your labor. Don’t be blindsided. Some of those “small details” can make a big impact on your labor. Good, and bad. Have a plan so you can communicate your choices to your provider and support team. We will go over extensive birth education, autonomy and your rights as a birthing woman.

Creating A Birth Plan

Want to make a birth plan or go over the one you’ve made? There are so many things to know and consider going into labor and birth. Having a plan can be comforting, and helps to let your birth team your boundaries. In-person or on the phone/video, whatever you prefer!
