Birth Education

Educate yourself to keep fear out of your birth.

Educating yourself for birth is one of the BEST things you can do to set yourself up for success. I took a birth class with my firstborn, and it was not enough.

They touched on the birth process, we held ice cubes…. I guess that works for some people, but I came out of my first birth with disappointment, and birth trauma. Once I got pregnant with my second, I dove DEEP.

This birth education class I put together is the perfect mixture of evidence-based information and practical knowledge they won’t teach you in a birth class at your hospital.
